Study abroad experience
The London School of English
My name is Yu-Chun Ding and I come from Taiwan. I recently took 4 weeks of
Intensive General English and I am now studying 8 weeks of Business English 20-30 at The London School of English. I really appreciate the age and maturity of the other students in the school as they are motivated to learn and they all have some life experience to share. On the Business English course, all the other students are between 20-30 years old and have similar amounts of work and study experience and so we all felt very comfortable together. There are very few other Asian students on this course and I have made many European friends and contacts.
The location of the school is great as it’s quiet and safe and I can walk to school, and it is also very quick and convenient to go to the city centre.
I feel much more confident and natural when I speak English now and this is going to be very useful in my future career!
